Cancellations by Customer:

  • If you need to cancel your tour, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made well ahead of time will get a refund, but a processing fee may apply.
  • If you cancel close to the tour date, we might only be able to offer you a partial refund or possibly no refund at all.

Cancellations by Us:

  • Sometimes we might need to cancel a tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather or other unforeseen events.
  • If we cancel your tour, you will get all your money back.

No-Shows:

  • If you don’t show up for your tour and don’t inform us beforehand, we cannot offer you any refund.
