Cancellations by Customer:
- If you need to cancel your tour, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made well ahead of time will get a refund, but a processing fee may apply.
- If you cancel close to the tour date, we might only be able to offer you a partial refund or possibly no refund at all.

Cancellations by Us:
- Sometimes we might need to cancel a tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather or other unforeseen events.
- If we cancel your tour, you will get all your money back.
- If we need to make big changes to your planned tour, we will let you know. You can then choose to accept these changes or request a refund.

No-Shows:
