DESCRIPTION:2026 Fall Ride Thursday September 24th – Sunday September 27th\n\nRegistration Cost\nFollowing Rides/Routes are not leaving from Callies. You will be contacted by the trail guide when and where to meet. These groups will end up at Callies on Friday 9/25 or Saturday 9/26 depending on Trail Leader \nMeeting Thursday morning 9/24 -$150 – Trail Leaders Mike & Sarah Morrison from Morrisons Outdoor Adventures returning to Callie’s Saturday afternoon (1 group of 8) \nMeeting Thursday morning 9/24 -$125 – Trail Leader Tim Hartlage returning to Callie’s Friday afternoon (1 group of 8) \nSaturday  – vehicles starting and ending at Callie’s $100 (max 150 spots) \nSaturday ADV (bike)  – starting and ending at Callie’s $50 (max 10 spots) \n\nSchedule \n\nThursday 9/24\n9am+  self guided rides for the day. People will be around the stage or at the front of Callies campground store\, come find a group to ride with \n4pm-7pm  happy hour @: \n\nToad’s BARn & Grill 9943 Campton Road\, Stanton\, KY 40380 \nGrab a drink\, get some food and swap trail stories \n\n\n\nFriday 9/25\n9am – 10am  check-in at the stage\n9am+  Self guided rides for the day. People will be around the stage or at the front of Callies campground store\, come find a group to ride with\n4pm – 8pm  at the Stage \n\nCheck-in. \nPot luck dinner (bring a main or side to share\, there will be prizes awarded for best items at the potluck!) Prize Categories: Appetizer\, Main & Desert \n\n\n\nSaturday 9/26\n8am – 9am  Check-in at the Stage \n9am – 9:30am  Group ride staging at the front of Callies \n6pm-7pm  Pizza around the Stage (no charge for registered vehicles\, fee for extra meals) \n7:30pm  Raffle \n\n\nSunday 9/27\nClean Up\n\n\nBe Aware \n\n🏕️ Registration does not include camping\, those arrangements need to be made outside of registration\n⛽ You are expected to have a full tank of gas\n🛞 Your vehicle must be equipped with a spare tire\n🔧 Inspect your vehicle prior to departure (oil level\, tire air pressure\, lights etc)\n🪝 Check recovery gear (winch controller\, straps\, shackles\, recovery points)\n🧯 Secure a fire extinguisher and first aid kit in an easily accessible area of the vehicle\nYour vehicle must be in good operating condition (not smoking\, no fluid leaks)\n📻 You must have a GMRS radio\nRemember to always keep the vehicle behind you in sight\n🚫🍺 No alcohol on the trails\, bring plenty of other drinks and food\nIf you have locking lug nuts\, make sure you have the key\n🌿 Tread lightly and always stay on the designated trail\nStay in your vehicle unless the trail leader has stopped the group\n🗑️ Pack out your trash and help maintain the trails by picking up any trash you see\nTrail leader has the right to refuse you or your vehicle if any of the above are not met\nParticipants acknowledge they are taking part at their own risk and will not hold organizers or other participants responsible for any accidents or injuries\nNo refunds\n\n\nDownload Event Schedule
